The number of task management apps is huge, most of them are either overly loaded with features or are not organized meaningfully, so they become hard to sustain over time.
BrainX found an underserved segment of users that desired a visually clean, fast and organized task management platform with no superfluous distractions. The purpose was to offer a useful task management app that caters to all users from professional to casual with basic features such as scheduling and reminders with a user-friendly and contemporary design.

APPROACH
BrainX began by analyzing leading task manager apps and user reviews to uncover common usability issues, such as task overload, confusing navigation, and poor organization. Insights gathered during this research shaped a clear direction toward simplicity and structure.
The team adopted a design-first approach with rapid prototyping to develop core task flows centered on logical, visual prioritization. Special focus was placed on intuitive interaction design, minimal cognitive load, and scalable layout components to future-proof the experience across different use cases.

AIB needed a therapy-focused digital solution to help children and individuals with special educational needs improve their spelling, motor skill training, and word recognition.
The client needed several game modes with levels of difficulty and complete control over text- to-speech, keyboard layout and sensory feedback so as to be able to adjust the learning style and accessibility needs.

APPROACH
BrainX worked hand-in-hand with AIB to research user requirements using stakeholder interviews, and iterative wireframes. We benchmarked therapeutic learning apps and integrated industry best practices in accessibility and feedback mechanisms.

MOHE BioTech, a leading company based in Switzerland, required development support to update its existing iOS application and build an Android counterpart for its digital health screening and monitoring platform. The project involved implementation support across mobile apps, backend components, QA, and project coordination.

APPROACH
BrainX followed an agile delivery model and worked in sprints with the MOHE team. The initial work included preparing documentation for the existing iOS app and supporting its updates. In parallel, a new Android app was developed and integrated with the μReader device, followed by screen updates and feature implementation based on MOHE’s requirements.
Our process included technical evaluation of the existing app, codebase review, UX implementation review, QA planning, and development coordination.
